1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wc99 website at wc99.asia (hereinafter "the Platform"), you ("the User") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the wc99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to the Platform. wc99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the wc99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. wc99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any person found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and any winnings voided.
• You must be accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• wc99 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual from the Platform or any related gaming programme at the time of registration or continued use.

3. Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the wc99 Platform. Opening multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts without notice;
• Forfeiture of all balances, pending bets, and bonus credits across duplicate accounts;
• Permanent ban from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wc99 account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. wc99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The wc99 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Availability of specific methods may change; current options are displayed in the wc99 Cashier section.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your wc99 balance in real time. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of your financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. wc99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within four (4) hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer.
• Anti-Money Laundering: wc99 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all transactions. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. Transactions that cannot be verified may be delayed or refused.
• Funds deposited to wc99 accounts must be for the sole purpose of gaming. wc99 accounts are not to be used as a general-purpose financial account or money transfer service.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on wc99 are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wc99 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, due to a technical fault, or as a result of obvious pricing errors.
• For sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), specific rules for each market type — including settlement criteria, void conditions, and special circumstances — are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• Casino games and slots on wc99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG-based titles. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by real dealers under monitored conditions.
• wc99 reserves the right to impose bet limits, restrict specific betting markets, or suspend betting access on any event at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, latency in live betting feeds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.

6. Promotions & Bonuses

From time to time, wc99 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated alongside the relevant offer. General conditions applicable to all wc99 Promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered users only, subject to any geographic, game, or account-status restrictions specified.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• wc99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Any abuse of Promotions — including bonus hunting, creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or coordinated Promotion exploitation — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one Promotion may be active per account at any time unless specifically stated otherwise.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on PKR deposits.
• Loss Limits: Caps on losses within a defined time period.

• Fraudulent use of payment methods or chargebacks without legitimate dispute basis;

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wc99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design — is the intellectual property of wc99 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any wc99 content without prior written permission. The wc99 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of the Platform operator.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• wc99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• wc99 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to financial losses resulting from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• wc99 is not responsible for network or connectivity issues on the User's end that may affect the outcome of live bets or casino sessions.
• The User acknowledges that gambling involves financial risk and that past outcomes are not indicative of future results.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data by wc99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on wc99, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, and customer support purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

wc99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of wc99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform.

13. Governing Terms & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wc99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of the same or any other provision.
